Subscription- When you subscribe to Inhale Pilates, you are agreeing to let us to use your name, email address and telephone number to inform you of new classes, upcoming events, class cancellations or changes to class times/locations. We never share any of your personal data with any third parties. 

The rights available to individuals in respect of the processing & The right to withdraw consent- If at any time you would prefer not to hear from us anymore, please email elizabeth@inhalepilates.co.uk and we will ensure your details are removed.

PAR-Q Forms- All forms collected containing any personal data will never be stored electronically and will only ever remain paper based and will be locked up and stored safely in accordance with the principles of GDPR and the Data Protection Act.  This information will only ever be used by Inhale Pilates to deem whether that individual is injury and risk free and able to partake in classes, 1-1's/2-2-1's.

Retention Period for personal data- If there has been no contact from the client for a period of 12 months then Inhale Pilates will cease to contact them with any business updates.

Advice concerning GDPR was given by ICO-Independent Commissioner's Office on 15/05/2019. It was deemed that as Inhale Pilates do not store any personal data (PAR-Q Forms) electronically that there was no requirement to register. The above information has been provided purely for clients of Inhale Pilates to be confident that by providing their name, email address and telephone number via the subscribe option on this website, these will only ever be used as outlined above.
