Weekly face to face classes, 13 classes to choose from per week, (all currently running online at £6 per class, payable termly).
Ideal for those preferring to work out alone, wanting to address a particular concern or maybe wanting to build a little bit of confidence before joining a group class.
Ideal if you would prefer to work out with a friend or partner and/or want to focus on a particular concern.
Great both for the beginner with no previous experience and also for those of you familiar with Pilates Matwork Classes who want a safe and effective all body workout with the option of extra challenges along the way! These classes will be based on the STOTT PILATES 5 Basic Principles of Alignment.
This class will focus on easing back and neck tension and will provide a safe, gentle and effective all body workout following the STOTT PILATES 5 Basic Principles of Alignment.
Matwork based classes utilising the incredible foam roller. Expect some fun challenges and a focus on PF, stability and core strength. We will also introduce some self massage techniques you can use away from class using your roller to help relieve tight and sore muscles.
Refunds for class payments will not be issued for non attendance. It is the client's responsibility to attend the class booked, however, wherever possible an alternative class will be offered if space allows. 1-2-1 & 2-2-1 require a minimum of 24 Hrs cancellation notice.
